With years of experience supporting clients through grief, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, I understand how overwhelming it can feel to carry so much on your own. You don’t have to .

    I offer one-on-one therapy for young adults, and adults navigating life transitions, grief, anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Together, we’ll create a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your emotions, build self-understanding, and develop tools to feel more grounded, confident, and connected.

  • Clinical Supervision (IL)

    I offer supportive supervision for Illinois clinicians working toward licensure. Together, we’ll create a collaborative space to grow your clinical skills, reflect on cases, and strengthen your professional identity. My approach emphasizes compassion, clear guidance, and practical tools to help you feel confident and grounded in your work.
